I have never been to this clinic in person, but I have had many telehealth appointments and I have to mention how grateful I am for Dr. Rebecca Dix who I have had a handful of times. It's so difficult to get ongoing care here even with a family physician (they're all booking weeks out and impossible to get ahold of) and when you have ongoing health issues and tests needing follow up telehealth appointments are usually quite quick and shallow. Dr. Minhas is very polite professional and great doctor. I always love seeing him. He helped me a lot. Staff can be little more polite other than great experience.
Had a great experience at Kwantlen Medical Clinic/Walkin.ca Dr. Rajapaske really listens to your concerns and takes them seriously. He was quick to act and made me feel heard. Very grateful for his help. Would definitely recommend this clinic.
This "medical" clinic is not worth the time for a few reasons. 1) Receptionist never answers on the first call, forcing you to either call multiple times until someone finally answers or go online, which has problems. 2) The receptionist is rude. On every occasion. 3) Having to have a phone call with a doctor and them "deciding" if you are ALLOWED to come in person is ridiculous.
