I had one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences at this clinic. I visited for a painful thumb injury and was completely honest with the doctor that it happened at my workplace. Instead of appreciating my honesty or at least checking my thumb, the doctor refused to treat me, saying I must file a WorkSafeBC claim first.
