So dishonest. When I was 24, my mother passed away and left us nothing. So I decided to buy a life insurance policy for my father. Not knowing much about it, Walter starts talking and recommends this and that and says what a good son I am for doing this. He sells me on a VUL. Wasn't until 3-4 years later, in business school, that I find out he hustled me into buying an umbrella with my raincoat. Do your due diligence before signing anything.
They are detailed, responsive and have been immensely helpful through the years I have done business with them. If there was a 6 star rating I would have chosen that one!
Purchased my car insurance through them and staff are always helpful finding the best priced insurance for 2 cars. If you have any questions, they are willing to explain until you fully understand!
Walter Kwan Insurance Agency has excellent customer service. They take care of all of my insurance needs (automobile, personal umbrella and life insurance). If I have ANY questions, there is always someone (especially Wendy) who will call me right back, listen to the issue and get back to us. They do a great job of bundling insurance needs to save you money as well.
