My experience with this realtor, paperwork that was needed to even sell the house was not available, I tracked most of it down for them. My realtor and I had contacted 3 people from this office and not one could promptly return emails, phone calls etc...they cost me an extra $650 in moving expenses and rent expenses because I could not get into my new house when I sold my old house... All because the proper paperwork was not available. Something they were responsible for having as the listing agent
