Absolutely horrible clinic it takes hours to get checked in and the people working there don’t even answer phone calls they’ll just keep you on hold until you hang up.
Receptionist was not welcoming, rude and unprofessional. Wait time was worst
I'm pretty angry about how I was treated here. I was here for almost 3 hours for the doctor to glance at me for less then 2 minutes, then told me I'm fine. I told them I wanted an x-ray on my wrist that is in excruciating pain everyday. After a few minutes of the doctor finally agreed but told me I had to go elsewhere for it. And that elsewhere is now closed??? Why wasn't I told when I first got here that they wouldn't do the imaging. It's the only reason I came and I wasted my time sitting here. Don't Ever go there Worst experience ever i have to wait for my dr for 40 minutes while i was sitting in room for him to come he was busy on phone With insurance agents talking about his own personal stuff when he finally came he want us to come out and talk to him why we are there Didn't even bother to listen to me what i wanted to say just said my english is bad Wrote medications and AGAIN more tests he wasn't even giving me medication my friend has to request him for medications Worst Worst Clinic
This clinic doesn't do referrals. They will say they do, but then you end up having to be referred 4+ times (and counting) to different neurologists because they can't do them correctly. I contacted one of the offices they referred me to after waiting 3 months (the clinic said not to do this), and I found out the doctor they referred me to didn't even work there, and they didn't even receive the referral in the first place.
