Receptionist was very rude
I went there for a vaccination, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The place was not hygienic at all, which was concerning. On top of that, the reception staff was extremely rude. I’ve visited multiple clinics before, but this is the first time I’ve encountered such unprofessionalism. It made me seriously doubt the quality of their service. The worst place I have ever seen. Don't know who operates or leading this place must be ashamed.
Worst experience ever. Staff are totally rude. I just need to get my blood reports which are already out and totally done but the front staff make me to wait for 5 hours. I was there by 10am and I got reports at 3:00pm which is totally unfair. I just need to see the nurse to fill the forms according to my reports, but receptionist is too rude and not gave answers politely. Never recommend this place.
