Drs are decent. Dr Elgamari is excellent. There is one woman, black skinny mid 30s horrible!!!!!what a crappy attitude she has . Should not working with the public
I always have a great experience at this clinic. Keep in mind that there is usually only one doctor present and many people to see as it gets very busy! The receptionist/nurse is a very pleasant Jamaican lady who is very understanding, me, my husband and my children love going there as she makes us feel incredibly comfortable and welcome. Just arrived at this Clinic at 3:45pm on Fri. Oct 31. CLOSED. Google says "Closes at 5pm Mon -Fri".
This clinic is a disaster. I waited over 3 hours just to get called in, and then sat in the doctor’s room for 1 hour and 40 minutes before anyone showed up. Finally, I came back without meeting the doctor, it’s a complete time waste. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and didn’t care at all — no updates, no apologies, nothing. It felt like they couldn’t care less about the patients. Total waste of time and absolutely unprofessional. Never coming back.
They are supposedly open on weekends until 3:00 pm. I drove there 1:55pm and it was already closed.
