I’ve called this location and left a message that said was going to be passed on as well as emailed the listed Owner/CEO Hilda multiple times about a SA situation from an agent at KW Silicon City. it’s been weeks and I have yet to hear back. It’s extremely unfortunate that a company takes no urgency in a situation serious like this.
Highly Unprofessional Property Management, do not recommend. Unfamiliar with tenant law, utilizes harassment and sarcasm with tenants, is slow to respond, and creates problems easily avoided with proper care.
I have bought and sold several houses over 20 years with KW RE Silicon Valley, specifically. All levels from broker to agents to office support, KW RE has exceeded my expectations. The services are priceless and truly the go to brokerage.
This is our 2nd time requesting Ric Bareng to assist us in buying a house in a new development. But this time we bought near beautiful San Diego. Yes, he's not only dedicated to the Bay Area!
