There's a reason they have such bad reviews. They're corporate thieves, stealing money through unfair late fees and summarily dismissing my legitimate claims with proof. If I could give no stars, I would. NEVER trust them to do the right thing when they can steal your money instead.

The property manager, Elijah is phenomenal. He is proactive and has really helped turn around our community for the better.
The VP is Jeff. You may say something like, "Jeff has provided our region with much-needed leadership." His communication with our board on current events and future plans has been excellent.
