Avoid KW Property Management at all costs - do NOT rent/buy a property run by the management company. They’ve been holding my $5,500 security deposit for over 5 months now, ignoring calls and emails. They never answer the phone, emails, and force you to chase them endlessly. Total crooks—possibly on the verge of bankruptcy.

High turnover, understaffing, a lack of communication, and heavy workloads due to poor planning and support from corporate. This company is terrible. They condon management to talk poorly of employees to other employees. Management talks terribly about employees, BOD outloud to residents and other employees. There is almost no communication from higher mangement. Terrible company to work for.
