I live at Brickell Heights and KW property management unfortunately makes living here very challenging. I cannot recommend living anywhere they are the property manager. KW creates an environment where they fine people for everything and just expect tenants not to show up to contest so they get the revenue. I’ve been trying to get a barcode issue resolved for two weeks after my vehicle was totaled. Despite multiple attempts, I have not been able to reach anyone from the HOA or management. I’ve gone to the office four times during regular business hours, and no one has been there. Because this issue remains unresolved, I cannot get through the gate after 7 p.m., which means I am unable to access my own home. Great customer service!
Avoid KW Property Management at all costs - do NOT rent/buy a property run by the management company. They’ve been holding my $5,500 security deposit for over 5 months now, ignoring calls and emails. They never answer the phone, emails, and force you to chase them endlessly. Total crooks—possibly on the verge of bankruptcy.
