I cannot recommend Alina Valentina, nor KW Metro as a broker. Based on my personal experience during my transaction, I felt there were significant issues with transparency and professionalism. I was very grateful to have my own agent representing my interests to navigate the hurdles and lack of clear communication from Alina on the listing side.
If you’re saying this is the way of the future for agents, I would never pick an agent from here. Today 1 of your agents booked an appointment to take a client through my home. They never showed up or canceled. This is not professional. The agent was Erica Fink
I’m tired of these agents leaving their advertising trash on my property. I don’t want an American flag from the dollar store - with a “Made in China” tag still on it, no less - stuck into my lawn without my consent. I don’t think it’s cute or patriotic. It’s just more plastic trash I have to dispose of. I will never give this agency my business.
