Rod was quick to let us know what was up and helped us out greatly a number of times. One memorable point when he went above and beyond was that after the appraisal came back, they found an area where there was flaking of paint, which meant that we wouldn't be able to go forward until the seller fixed it. Unfortunately, the seller was in Pennsylvania, so Rod went out in the middle of the night and fixed the issue before the second appraisal the next morning, solidifying our ability to buy the house. Rod, had all the nessesary papers, and was very interested in selling my mothers home for her. Since she is confined to a nursing home, and unable to leave, Rod would go to the nursing home and communicate with her, on every question, or offer. Rod showed us a lot of professionalism.
Rod was extremely helpful with the purchase of our new home. He listened to our wants and helped us pick out our dream home. He knows the area and the value of the homes so we feel. we purchase an excellent home at an excellent price. I qould (and have) recommended him to my friends and family!
