I am disappointed with my experience. The company came out to provide an estimate, but I never received the promised quote. I have also made multiple attempts to follow up by phone, and no one answers or returns my calls. If the company was unable to take on the job, a simple response would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and follow-through has been very unprofessional.
