I am so incredibly blessed to have found this handyman company. They turned an absolute nightmare into a perfect setup, and I will only use them moving forward!I hired them to assemble a large 6 ft by 8 ft dog potty station, and what arrived in the box was a disaster. There were zero instructions, missing pieces, and the wrong plumbing parts. To make matters worse, the parts that actually did arrive didn't even fit together properly. I am disappointed with my experience. The company came out to provide an estimate, but I never received the promised quote. I have also made multiple attempts to follow up by phone, and no one answers or returns my calls. If the company was unable to take on the job, a simple response would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and follow-through has been very unprofessional.
