Jeff is the BEST!! He has GREAT customer service and I would give him a100 stars everytime if could. He’s very helpful and always get the job done. KW cooks is a GREAT AND VERY AFFORDABLE place to buy parts from 😊
My husband and I were in a bind on our way to Texas from Florida and needed a new rear bumper. They had exactly what we needed in great condition and took the old one off our hands. Even gave my husband tools to fix it in the lot! Thankful for a good company with great people!
I would give zero stars if that were an option. I paid \$1,700 for a transmission and experienced nothing but delays and poor communication. I was initially told the part would arrive in two days, but over a week and a half later, I was still getting the runaround. Each time I called, I was immediately placed on hold—often before I could say a word—and left waiting for over 10 minutes without anyone returning to the line. I was looking for used catalytic converters which noone carries and Jeff was able to find new ones at a price cheaper than the chain auto parts stores...and he had them ordered and ready for pickup the same day! Many thanks to Jeff and the KW Cooks staff for providing great local service to our community. And the parts were of high quality, contained all the necessary hardware and fit perfectly!
Great people, great prices! We are always doing business with them and today I had to drive there to Woolmarket Rd from our body shop in Lacombe and they gave me an excellent price for the Corolla door we needed for a customer’s vehicle. Mike was helpful! Thanks guys!
