Kamron was great! Helped me in a pinch with random issue that arose with my hood latch. Diagnosed probably quickly, explained it and prescribed solution and fixed it himself. Great job!
Following a full brake job on my vehicle at K&W Automotive, the lug nuts were left loose on my right front wheel and three of them sheared off while I was driving. Fortunately, I was not on the highway, where a lost wheel at 60-75 mph can be deadly. I understand mistakes happen, but this was a serious safety failure. Since the vehicle had to be towed back, I asked for reimbursement of the tow. The owner apologized and agreed to reimburse the fee. Kamron did a fantastic job on my car! One day turn around. I noticed a noise coming after the job was done, I let him know and he fixed it for no extra charge!
