I had been a long-time patient at other optometry offices for over 12 years and never experienced any issues with my prescriptions until this visit. I chose this office mainly because they offered a same-day appointment, which was convenient. However, I was not informed ahead of time that the optometrist would be virtual. came in with a screw loose, actually missing, and a green paper clip & Scotch tape fastening that fastener onto my specs, the original screw long since disappeared and all the tiny replacements mustered didn't fit the bill for a fix, so by the time we got to the eyewear department I was screwless, patched, taped, and had probably stripped that hinge pretty bad ~ to CostCo we went~ Ian recognized us, and began analysis, asked if we had some shopping to do and said a temp screw could be used and another frame ordered for pick ... read more
I came here because I often go to Costco for my glasses needs. It is located within the Rosedale location and you do not need a costco membership to have an appointment here! It's easy to pop in, get your eyes checked and get out! I would highly recommend this place for costco members as well because the glasses are super affordable and with good quality. Dr. Kelly Ly was a kind individual and took great care of me.
