I got a timely response but never followed through with the response as I was looking at another car. A few days later I found that the car was sold. All's well that ends well.

Didn’t get the car I first saw but they had another one that was just right for me! The process was super easy and I left satisfied.
I didn't feel this dealer was very available. The vehicle had an oil leak, which was an instant turn off for me.
