I didn't make an appointment and just walked in. The people that work there actually have a personality! They are funny and friendly. Too top it off, my nails look amazing! On my hands and feet! I now have a salon home!
Was there last night and I really like the place, very clean and they were very friendly except from the person who did my nails. I don't know his name but he was an older man. He was very rude. I was the last customer and when he finished he just left and didn't even say bye he left before I gave him my tip (I was waiting for my nails to dry) and I found out that he was gone because another person came to me to tell me that I was ready to go. Tried to find a nail salon that did a great job and have A1 customer service and stood behind their work I am so thrilled that I finally found one! KV nails in Olathe is a gem made a same day appointment and was able to get in within 30 minutes of my call. Wanted a French tip which would have been more money for the owners bit it was the owners who gave me an honest answer and suggested gel color since my nails were too short that Honesty made them a new customer! Did do amazing work!
I love this place! They do exceptional work and the staff is very friendly. My gel manis last about 3 weeks with no peeling! I'm sold...not going anywhere else. :)
My mom and I went in today to get a pedicure and she got the gel polish on her fingers changed and I have acrylics on so I had a fill and had my gel polish changed and we are both so happy with our nails and toes! They took their time and did not rush us at all, and even asked several times if we would like something to drink. After all of the salons I've been to in Olathe/OP this was definitely the best experience of them all and from now on I will continue taking my business to KV Nails and Wax!
