Came here yesterday and was kinda thrown off and wanted to leave. They actually ran after us and practically pulled us back inside. They did my mom’s entire pedicure for 45 minutes to a hour while I sat there soaking.. the water got cold. We were very thrown off by the fact the pedicure tubs were not lined with plastic… felt very unsanitary. I left when my mom was done with her pedicure without getting a service. I was at KV nails yesterday getting a pedicure, a lady that is teacher came in and said she didn't have time to wait and KV stopped working on my pedicure and did hers since she was a longtime customer and in a hurry and let me sit until done with school teacher's pedicure. I won't be back my money spends elsewhere.Very rude of KV and the customer.
