They manage a condo complex at Maple Glen in Newington, CT I have had an ongoing issue since before the winter of 2019 where the gutter isn’t the right size nor connected properly. The rain forms a small pond that turns to ice in the winter right outside my unit. It was repaired poorly the first time and now this winter 2021 the gutter still is not repaired correctly. This is absurd. No one should have to wait this long. KWA agents Rich and Diane don’t communicate effectively either. I’ve been given every excuse in the book.... read more
