Kuzak Roofing installed the roof on our house in 2017. Almost 2 weeks ago we noticed a leak coming from the roof. Called Kuzak Roofing and spoke to them on the phone which they mentioned they will be out there to look at it on Friday (11/10/23). They never came Friday, called Sunday (11/12/23) and left message, no return. Called Tuesday (11/14/23), left message, no return. Was very fast to complete our roofing job. He was never involved in the roofing process except for the bid process. Had a company come out to replace our gutters said there were multiple soft spots in our roof. Called Frank to check it out have not got a response . Answered the first call now aol.
I don't know because he won't even return my calls or emails. Maybe it's because I said there was a leak.
