Went to this doctor with a real medical issue with my skin, not just something routine. I was not taken seriously, and since receiving a proper diagnosis from my PCP, I have called this office 4 times with no return call from medical staff. Very disappointed. I feel like I was nice, until I was ignored over and over, then told I would be charged a late fee for a cancellation made within the current 24 hours we are in. I took my 10 year old son to see Dr Kuykendall today and was beyond pleased with the whole experience. She is attentive and listens as well as the staff is very friendly. I definitely will be booking for a skin screening for myself next.
