They do not stand behind their jewelry the employees are great but management is bad "Karen"

Kux jewelers is the most professional and caring family run business in Laurel. My parents shopped there for many years, as well as myself. My son decided to have Kux design and make an engagement ring. The staff's knowledge and expertise guided him through the process of getting exactly what he wanted. Thank you to the management and staff. You were wonderful.

I just visited Kux Jewelers for the very first time, and I will ABSOLUTELY go nowhere else for any of my jewelry needs!! They fixed my necklace in less than 5 minutes and didn't charge me for the repair!! They are the kindest people and EVERYONE IN JONES COUNTY NEEDS TO STOP BY! Thank you Kux!!
