I have always been a fan of the Tavern, but this Sunday we had terrible service- very slow. There were 3 in my party and asked if we could split the check, and one member in the party was charged 3 times for different amounts even though we all received receipts. A call to management yesterday has still not been returned. Very disappointed.

I apologize for this. I am the specialist when it comes to fixing or finding out these problems and I was out of the building this past two days. I called right when I got in today to let her know what happened and told her to call back again if she still had any problems. We apologize for any slow service. We try to be as speedy as we can. Hopefully you will visit us again and we can give you the service that we are more accustomed to giving.
We frequent the tavern often. The food is good and reasonably priced. Have never had a bad meal there.you can have a lot of fun with the staff and the bartenders are great!

My roommate left her phone in shorty's, and when I went to go get her phone after I called them and they lied and said it wasn't there. But it actually was once we used the find my phone app. The manager Kelly was completely rude and disrespectful. Saying "maybe if your friend wasn't drunk"...I'm pretty sure that's not how you should talk to any person being a manager of such "friendly" restaurant.
