Absolutely best experience ever!!!!! Dr. Kutuza was fantastic and so was everyone else there!!!!
I could not have asked for a better experience with my recent root canal procedure. As someone who suffers from severe anxiety and panic attacks, it took a lot to get myself to this appointment. Once I was there, all the staff were so calm, reassuring, and Dr. Kutuza himself even helped me with some breathing exercises to calm my anxiety before the procedure started. I was terrified to get a root canal but had so much pain I knew I needed to get my tooth fixed. Dr Kutuza is amazing! He assured me that I would be well taken care of and not experience any pain. Although no one wants a root canal Dr Kutuza made this experience comfortable, informative and helped ease my fear factor. He has a positive energy and is sensitive to the patients needs. I went to Periodontist Dr. Hyatt for an appointment and found that I needed a root canal.Dr. Hyatt's office walked me over personally to Dr. Kutuza. Dr. Kutuza went to work that same morning performing the root canal. No pain whatsoever!!!!!!! Dr. Kutuza took the time to explain thoroughly. Everyone in the office is professional and kind. Extremely rude front desk lady. I was completely embarrassed by her actions. I was also told over the phone twice that my daughters procedure would be done the same day since we were driving two hours away. Needless to say after A 2 Hour Dr., and being treated horribly by the lady at the front they didn’t have time to do her procedure today. I will not go back. The only nice lady there was the nurse.
Very friendly. Very reassuring to my daughter. Took his time and seemed to be very knowledgeable and thorough. Would definitely recommend.
This place was amazing! Dr. Katuza was so nice and made me feel so comfortable! I had a terrible tooth ache and they got me right in and out of pain. Most pleasant experience I've had in such a long time. And I feel ZERO pain today, even after a root canal! I would refer Dr. Katuza to anyone!
