Been going here since my daughter was born she is 2 now…. Last few times I went dr kutugata wasn’t there and his staff failed to tell me he is only there on certain days. The other lady dr who sees patients, hardly talks or answers questions, doesn’t prescribe anything or give me a reason for anything it’s so frustrating!!! I will be moving drs!!!
Service at the Mercedes location has been horrible. No follow up phone calls to let us know results are in. We are constantly having to call to check the status on items. Now they are charging for follow up appts.
You want a Dr thats not going sugarcoat anything about your childs well being? Well this is the place too go.. Dr K is honest and just wants the best for every patient.. staff is super friendly & place is kept nice and clean! ♡ Also Shout out to Robert! This is the second time we went to see him at the location on airport drive. Our daughter is gonna be 4 in November. Normally we go to the San Jose familia Clinic in Weslaco off of the 1015 road and the people there are super awesome. Very polite and friendly. And the Dr we always see there is great with children. We recently moved to a new place only a few blocks from this location on Airport Dr so we decided to go here from now on. Harassing behavior on behalf of their employees. Gross conduct coming from people associated with this clinic. Inappropriate behavior from a clinic that handles children.
