I've always been satisfied every time I've gotten my hair cut at Kuts. Crystal is one of my favorite stylists that I've ever gone to. I've never left feeling unsatisfied with my hair when she's cut it for me. Keep up the good work!

I've been here as a a walk-in before and went back as a walk-in. They said it would be about 15 minutes so I sat down to wait. As I was waiting one of the stylists started to talk to her male client about a women who are abused by men, specifically their husbands. It was nothing but victim blaming and made me very uncomfortable. At one point she even said "some women you just have to hit." After that, I got up and walked out.
