I got my best haircut ever from Jennifer and saw Carrie doing an amazing haircut on the lady next to me and I watched both the ladies do two of the most incredible haircuts I have ever seen and my ex wife was a cosmetologist and I have seen hundreds of haircuts over my lifetime but these two ladies performed amazing haircuts for both myself and the beautiful lady getting her waist long hair cut into an incredible styled cut by Carrie and her and my haircuts looked amazing and we were both thrilled by the magic of their skill... read more
BAD dye job. Told to return to correct. Merchant owner Janet Frazier refused to resolve dispute in person, by email and by phone $125 charged to account AFTER complaint filed-NO Resolution or refund-AVOID Kut N Up. If regular treated this way, you may not fair any better! BUYER BEWARE!!
I wanted a layered look (I showed her a picture) and before we started, I asked C. could she do that particular style and she said yes. What I got was a short choppy bob with curls. I did not ask for curls nor did I ask for an attitude when she realized she had done it wrong. I noticed the young girl ahead of me had gotten a bob and an older lady also had a bob. So, if you want a bob haircut, this is your place. I paid $30, didn't get an apology or anything....I'll never go back!
The staff is super friendly and always very helpful. My hair always looks amazing when I leave and I'm very satisfied with my stylist LuLu. However, I think I've let almost all the girls cut or style my hair and they are ALL very talented and professional ladies!! Very affordable!! Love it!
This salon goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I am more than satisfied with my hair every time I leave there. My stylist, Leanna, is always very open to what I want to do with my hair and goes the extra mile to make sure it looks how I want. My mom's stylist, Lulu, is the same exact way. When you're in there, you don't feel like you're getting your hair cut by a random stranger, it's more like getting it cut by a friend. I would recommend this salon to any and everyone.
Not only were the 2 people (JANET & the man working next to her) rude but once confronted with the outcome of my haircut a week later deny cutting my hair. Very obvious looking at the butcher cut I received denied there was anything wrong with my hair. Did not ask for a refund at least an apology which they also failed to do! I suggest find another place to get service of any kind.
They are so down to earth there. They are not like some typical salons around here. They don't look at you crazy when you walk through the the door. I always feel at home and get the best cuts and I have been everywhere in meridian so this is my choice. Great prices too!!!!
