This company scams people. They are crooks. Stay clear of them. Don't be foolish like I was. I wish I had checked the reviews before I fell victim to their cold-calling scare tactics. They promised me a resolution FROM the IRS in 30 days (of course, they will say that they only meant that the resolution from their office would be sent to the IRS within 30 days.
