If I could give zero stars, I would. This was a very frustrating experience from start to finish. The nail technician assigned to me clearly did not know how to properly apply gel. My nails came out uneven, lumpy, and poorly finished. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, instead of correcting the issue properly, he attempted to quickly file them down—which did not fix the problem at all. do not come here ! i came in today for a fill in on my nails and toes, i got a lady who idk if she was drunk or sleepy but during the fill in she forgot to put acrylic on 2 fingers AND the application was sloppy, i told her i wanted my nails filed down shorter and she tried to polish nails that werent filed properly, acrylic sloppy and all over my nails and fingers basically flooding my cuticles. i tried to give her another chance but i noticed that none of my nails looked the same, with that being said 2 of my fingers are b... read more
