I’d give them a zero if that were possible. I’ve been a loyal customer since they’ve opened; however, I refuse to ever return. They’ve gone so downhill and my recent visit on 8/22/25 proved exactly why. I have arthritis causing my fingers to be disoriented. It’s embarrassing enough to have to deal with it on a daily basis but to have your nail tech point it out and laugh at me completely made me look at your establishment in a new way.
