My wife and I went to this company for a wedding cake for our special day. We asked for a Marble cake with buttercream frosting. Kristi said she would send us a contract with our order details when we put our order in. Never got one, our cake ended up not being a marble cake but a full chocolate cake with almond tasting frosting. I was not able to eat any of the cake because I didn’t like it. I felt the customer service was great - she was extremely responsive and made my cake in a short time period.
