I truly enjoyed working with the Kustom team that repaired my entire downstairs after it was flooded. Right away I felt like they were doing all stages of the repair as if I was a close family member. They took the time to listen to my desires, asking relevant questions for clarification, and proceeded with professionalism. If I could give less than 1 star I would. This firm is entirely useless - we were connected via our insurance company and could not recommend this company less. They have done virtually nothing over the course of six months and are entirely non responsive, don’t do what they say they are going to do, and any progress is driven by us not them. If you want anything to get done and don’t want to be the general contractor on your project while paying Kustom and overcharged on everything, find another company!

I'm going to give a huge shout to these folks! I had a water main break in my very tight crawl space and it created a huge mess. Normal sump pumps weren't going to remove the mess. Several sub contractors backed out of the removal of the wet mess. Juan quickly came up with a plan to actually open the floor up above the break and use a vacuum truck to remove it.
