I usually don't do this but when it comes to anything medical it's important you see the right provider and feel comfortable and like your not going to walk out with an infection when you went there to prevent one in the first place. This is by far the worst dentist office I've ever been to. A hygienist was late and the receptionist proceeded to argue with her about not communicating why she was late. They took my children to have trays and asked me to wait in the lobby then proceeded with the appointment without any communication that trays were done and they were in rooms waiting for cleanings. From the call to schedule my first appointment I felt welcomed and at home at Kush dental, fast forward to my appointment and the warm smiles and friendliness of the staff is amazing! The dentists and prostetdontist are so down to earth and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with everything from the treatment to the actual work I'm so glad I happened to find this office that does nothing but the best. I had dental work done there. It was NEVER finished! I didnt get my records or xrays so now have to start over and pay out of pocket bc never got MY RECORDS OR MY XRAYS! I am very unhappy how they just closed the doors and left people with unfinished dental work! Im reporting them to the better business bureau and channel 9 news if they don't make this right!! I'm pissed!!!!!
