Absolute worst customer service. Bought and installed a defective highway pegs for my bike. Peg fell off during a 200 mile ride. I found the peg, called and asked if I could just pay for the screw that apparently fell out, they said nope, and they couldn’t do anything about it. I now have 200 dollar paper weights. Garbage customer service and garbage company. Absolutely abysmal and I wish I could give zero stars. Will be telling my friends and family to avoid Kuryakyn at al costs. GFY.
Products that I have purchased and are on my bike have held up & been very good. Hard to find items for late models Harley davidson parts from them are hard to find thanks to modern-day technology. Really prefer the old book system they had to find & order number of parts.
Terrible customer service! Order at your own risk! My wife ordered a soundbar from them for our bike and we received an empty box. They’ve been ignoring or requests for a replacement for over a week. We now have to get our bank involved and replace our debit card in order to get our money back.
Worked with Bill Robins. They sent me a defective product with internal threading that strips under the slightest pressure. They sent me a replacement which did the exact same thing. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me for their product malfunctioning and told me to purchase a different part that may work better. Absolutly 100% the worst customer service. I bought a poorly made product and was told by Greg in support, "Even if I did decide to let you return it, I will have to charge you a restocking fee, because we couldn't just resell it", after I told him it was NOT FUNCTIONAL. I was told that I would have to be patient as he made the decision about an exchange. Made it very clear he "was the one who makes this decision" It's been weeks since I heard anything.
