I spent an hour crying after my appointment. I asked the tech to leave them full. Not only did she take way too much off, my brows are completely uneven. I treated myself for my birthday, and will regret going here for months to follow. Never again.

I have been having my eyebrow threading with Kurves at both locations for more than 7 years. However, I had to decide to try other store in the future. Because their poor customer service skills and limited communication, someone budged in front of me while I was waiting 7 feet away from their counter with my toddler.
