My wife did a full face wax package on 8th march 2026. While doing it she felt some burning sensation on her face and asked them about that. The lady who did the service told her that a bit of skin ripped during waxing and convinced my wife that it will be fine. She paid for their service and left now she had a big scar on hef face. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Im rating -10 for their service.

Me and my friend went for an eye lash lift for the 1st time and we were not told what to expect ...so much pain...solution was in our eyes...vision was very blurry after that for awile because of the solution...we tried to tell them it hurt and they told us it was just because we had our eyes closed for so long..it was so serious we had to go to a pharmacy to flush out our eyes
i love this place i started going to one in london girls there are also fantastic but ISHIKA is awesome she’s so gentle i have never had threading so smooth and not feel so pinchy. she is so sweet when she warms up to you. just constructive criticism is to be more welcoming upon arrival, little more friendly but people can be shy and i understand but with this industry it’s a key component to have people continue to consistently come to you. i always ask for ishika and never been disappointed :)
