Good service. Staff is very good.
Since the previous staff were let go, both the service and quality have noticeably declined. The first time I gave the new team a chance, I left with a sore eyebrow — something that had never happened before. This time, I actually have small cuts on my right eyebrow that are painful to the touch. I don’t recommend to go here for ear piercing. My experienced was frustrating, I went here to do my right ear lobe pierce because I was attracted to their 20% off discount. So, a lady did my right ear lobe piercing and unfortunately it was not successful. So, she said I will just come back after 1 month and they will give 30% off to me. But, I have to pay $18 for service fee even though the staff lady was unsuccessful when she tried to pierced my right ear lobe.
