I had a wonderful experience with Diksha at Kurves. Even though it was time for her break, she selflessly stayed back to do my eyebrow threading first. Her dedication to customer service is rare and much appreciated! Beyond her kindness, she is incredibly skilled. She was precise, gentle, and ensured I was happy with the shape. Terrible customer service. The employees don’t know how to speak with manners or kindness. I will NEVER give business to a place that doesn’t value customer service, especially if it’s beauty-related. If your employees are going to talk to customers in a curt, pretentious manner that makes them feel uncomfortable, there is no point in getting services from them.
