I made an apt on Saturday for 3 facials at 11. When I got there 2 people were still being served. I was there 3 hours for 3 facials. Only one person on. She was great and was apologetic. When you make an apt it should be an apt . Not impressed and would have walked but promised my grandaughters. Never go there again .
