i have heard that Dr Kurtz has retired. If anyone knows if he just left Las Vegas Urology and set up anywhere else, please post.
He just performed my kidney stones removal yesterday and I am feeling great... didn’t feel a thing!!! He’s very sensitive, courteous, friendly!!! Definitely will be referring him to everyone I know...??????????
Good to a point. He referred me to a partner. I chose not to travel that great a distance for 44 treatments and found a better solution. He promptly sent me a certified letter throwing me out of his practice.
I think he is great. Very personable, takes his time. I would recommended him to everyone. His office staff is Horrible, but if you're extremely patient, well worth the wait.
Trying for 3 weeks to get in touch by phone and on line and getting no response !
He is both very patient friendly and highly knowledgeable. He reviews each patient’s charts BEFORE he see you so as to be ready to care for you immediately. In my four years of being his patient, he has never been late for any of my appointments. An 11:00am appointment means 11:00am
I’ve been trying now for two days to get an appointment I have left four messages have yet to get a return phone call was referred to him by friends sister who actually went to medical school with them. Guess I’ll try to find a You’re all a just with a little bit better customer service
Dr. Kurtz treated my sister for a very large kidney stone, which had become infected and caused her to become septic. Needless to say she was very sick. He was absolutely amazing. He performed her surgery, which was not an easy case, with no complications and I feel he went above and beyond to explain every step of the way. I would recommend him to anyone needing a GREAT urologist! Absolutely great!
This office staff is incompetent. They leave their posts for long periods of time.they fail to relay messages patients leave for Dr.Kurtz (having to leave for work) a courtesy notification which is more than Dr/ staff give patients waiting more than an hour.but he will send you a dismissal letter 4 leaving . this is an Egregious neglectful emotional response from Dr Kurtz, considering surgery this patient was having that week. Find another doctor.emotional responses have no place in Healthcare
