I had to buy a new washer but the great customer service made it a little less painful.

As someone who worked in customer service for a long time. I have never left a negative review publicly. However, I am very disappointed in the customer service I just received. After several purchases and a families long history with this store, I expected better. Will not be going back for future appliance purchases.
