RecommendedWe bought a new range from Kurts a couple months ago. A week ago the oven stopped working. Kurts came to see what the problem was on a Tuesday and had to order a part. Kurt’s appliance is top notch! They did a great job getting us what we needed and installing our dishwasher. We previously had a dishwasher from ABC warehouse that was supposed to be the best(Cadillac model), but my wife hated it from inception. Kurt’s sold us a GE model and installed it and we couldn’t be happier.

We purchased a new dishwasher, installation took 2 1/2 hours, he broke the trim and blew the fuse so my guess it was wired wrong, plus he never had it leveled, so the draws don’t stay open! He said he would return following Friday and was a no show. We called again and never got the person we wanted to talk to, called a second time ask for the owner she said he would call on a Monday, no surprise no call. They can come and get their broken dishwasher!
last week we scheduled a appt for Monday which was cancled and rescheduled to today. we wake up to that appt being cancled as well. of course upset I call to find out what is going on. I get told not to go off... umm excuse me? I'm not im upset i need my dryer and have been waiting quite a while now..now im being told it can't be rescheduled they don't know when someone can come. don't use them if ur need ur stuff fixed. and the sales people lie about warranties to sale you stuff. stay away
They need to return phone calls and follow through on problems with appliances purchased from them. They failed to be of any help in resolving problems with a refrigerator purchased from them. Extremely disappointing. I will never purchase another item from them. So sad because they did the opposite of how they state they treat customers.
I recently had 2 appliances that needed to be replaced. They were very helpful during the purchase and installation for both of the appliances. Customer service has not gone out of style.
Our washer quit on us. The sales person pointed us in the right direction and with same day delivery, we were good to go!! Love their small town service!!
We used them to service our dishwasher. The worker assessed it & gave a quote for a part. We paid it, and when he came back to install. It turned out to be a lesser problem, they refunded the difference and we have a working dishwasher again!! Super pleased with their customer service!
