A plumber came out recently in the early evening to check the issue I was having and worked hard to fit my schedule, which was a bit tricky. I really appreciated that. He mentioned they might not be able to do the repair until Monday, but I received a call early the next day saying they would be here that morning. Two young plumbers arrived within an hour. I reached out to Kurt & Sons Plumbing Services when I noticed that our bathtub drain seemed blocked. They responded swiftly, visiting twice and using various methods and diagnostic techniques to try and clear the drain. Despite not being able to initially fix the issue, they didn't charge us for these service calls. Upon further inspection, they diagnosed the problem as a failing old cast iron pipe. I tried to call them to get some plumbing service and my call got forwarded to Roto-Rooter. No site as well but now their number doesn’t work (called multiple times on the same day).

This was my initial experience with this plumbing service and it certainly won't be my last. The person scheduling the appointments was incredibly kind and accommodating. The plumber was highly professional and diligent. He could have billed me for unnecessary repairs, but instead, he honestly informed me that my pipes were fine, just a faulty adapter that I could change myself.
