Price was agreed upon at the time of purchase which included the purchase + alteration. At the time of pick up it was different to what was discussed, and unfortunately it was verbal with no written documentation to refute the discrepancy. Very disappointed! We had hoped we could have an ongoing relationship because he does good work, but our trust is broken.

I highly recommend Seifert Jewellers. Customer service was excellent, and I could not have been happier with my diamond ring. It’s absolutely stunning. I love that it has been a long-time family business. I will definitely be going back.

I was previously going to a jeweller in Westfield for my resizing and alterations on pieces for my business but unfortunately I had a bad experience and so I found Kurt seifert. Resizing was less than half the price the other jeweller wanted to go DOWN ($300 vs $120-150). Anyway I’ve had a few pieces here resized and a piece reset now for my business and Kurt’s pricing, quality of work and speed in which it’s done is amazing. Highly recommend!
