I can’t say enough about Kurt! He helped us sell our home quickly, in a difficult situation, and for a good price. We never felt unsure or worried, he always had everything under control and solved any issues with no fuss. He’s talented, personable and professional. We worked with Kurt on a purchase that had a few layers of complexity — new construction, a VA mortgage, and buying from out of state. He knows the area well, and his construction background was genuinely helpful when evaluating homes. When issues came up, he was resourceful and found the right people to get them resolved.
