Great surgeon…. thoughtful diagnosis and prescribed course of treatment.
Dr. Schluntz was easy to talk and did not make me feel rushed. He was quick with analysis and prescribed next steps clearly. I feel confident I have my knee care in good hands.

I was impressed with the overall practice, starting from the reception to the actual visit with Dr. Schluntz and his assistant. Good sense of humor, empathy, and professionalism. I was satisfied.
Efficient and knowledgable
This is my second visit to Dr. Schluntz for repeated injury to my right knee. Again he is knowledgable, has excellent communication skills, and treated a 'worried patient' with respect and patience.
Dr Schluntz is very knowledgeable and personable. He diagnosed accurately, explained why surgery is contraindicated in my case, and suggested ways to alleviate pain.
Dr. Schluntz is a decent and fun doctor to go to. He is very experienced in knees, shoulders, and sports medicine. I had a last minute request and he was very ethical, professional, and always suggests the safest recommendations. One of the best doctors in the DC area, he works as a team with the other doctors in his office. Kind and caring, he can explain in easy to understand terms. He is a great surgeon who one can go to for surgery or for consultation throughout the aging process. I look forward to many more active years... read more
