I'm currently having a terrible experience with the State Farm insurance I purchased thru Kurt Bruno's agency. Over a month ago I filed a claim on our homeowners policy for a broken water pipe resulting in $24,000 in damage. I still haven't received a check to begin repairing my home. Bruno's office hasn't done anything to help. They just refer me to the 1-800# and I get to sit in line on the phone. So far they've sent an adjuster out twice and he still missed some of the damage.
