Nancy answered the phone and assured me, MULTIPLE TIMES, that my insurance would cover the cost of treatment. Nancy told me that I would pay LESS THAN $100 dollars out of a $1,750 procedure. So I left work early, but when I arrived this dentist guy Kurosh Keikhanzadeh, told me I would have to get a CAT scan in order to proceed.
