So this ultrasound is owned by one of the surgeons at the local public hospital. They refer patients here to get private billing’s rather than have patients get the ultrasound done within the public hospital system. There is also some suggestion that the public service has been banned from doing certain ultrasounds based on speaking to the staff there. Therefore a scam/stealing public funding.
Worst customer care. Sent my referral and relevant documents 3months ago for a test. I was told that we will call you shortly for an appointment. It’s been over 3 months and didn’t hear anything. A medical service can’t treat patients like this
