I’ve been there for a few years now and everyone (even the “ newbies”) are always pleasant and know what’s going on. It’s nice to be addressed by name as well. Regarding my care, Amit Patel researches several options and makes ME part of the process. He recommended a specific specialist at Johns Hopkins and followed with that doctor regarding my options. I’m very pleased that the providers take time to listen and don’t just burn they every patient in “ten minutes or less”. Thanks Dee

I went to the one in Waldorf Maryland (Kure pain management). I saw a doctor Dr.Ehsan Abdeshahian. He also has reviews New York and Alabama when you look him up. Every state has very good reviews about this doctor and it's all pretty accurate. He has a lot of good credentials . He's a surgeon, he can inject and he is a sports medicine doctor. If your honest and willing to work with him. He will be willing to go out of his way to help you manage the pain and eventually cure the problem. He's not like most doctors that try to ... read more

Outstanding doctors and staff. They go above and beyond to make the experience as good as possible. I have been to other pain management places and they were dirty with half the people nodding out and a few always talking about what drugs they take and get off the street. I have never seen anything like this at Kure. I read what Nina L. said and that has not been my experience. I have been to Kure Pain Management 4 times, and canceled on 3 times. I began looking for places to help with my awful back pain. My first appointment was a consultation to see if they could help me. I scheduled facet joint injections for 3 weeks after that appointment. My primary doctor suggested I go to Kure, because he knew Dr. Davies and he had a great reputation. He wanted another opinion on my lower back and pain in the hips and legs. I had back surgery years prior with no relief, just added hip and leg pain. I was told that Dr. Davies was on vacation for the month of August but could see Dr. Cope. Ive been to Dr D. Freas and Dr A. Patel over the last two months and they both have a great amount of compassion. I felt cared for, listened to and felt that we all had the same goal...less pain and more function! The staff is very professional and helpful. I will recommend them to anyone.

My husband went to KURE back in 2009 for lower back pain. He was misdiagnosed earlier and they fixed him in 2 weeks! They injected him so he could avoid taking medication and got him into physical therapy where he lost 50 lbs. He has been pain free for 4 years! Truly wonderful medical professionals. We are very grateful.
