I had an excellent experience at Kura Sushi in Bellevue, thanks in large part to Tommy. From the moment we were seated, he was welcoming and took the time to explain how everything worked with the conveyor system, tablet ordering, and the plate game. As it was our first visit to this location, his clear explanations made the process easy and enjoyable. Tbh I didn’t have high expectations because I’ve been let down a lot by conveyer belt sushi. I went in for dinner during rush and this place is a gem! Sushi is fresh and delicious. I like that you have the option to order on the screen or pull from the belt. Service is very zero fuss - you barely get any service, but when you do they’re very nice.
