I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau for shoddy work and misrepresentation. They did shoddy patch work on the AC electrical line, that needed replacing in less than a week instead of replacing the line themselves. Also, told us the AC was fully charged, when it was in fact almost empty (as was found out less than a week later). There was no leak, just an AC that hadn't been charged in years.
