In my opinion Larry Kupferman has a warped moral compass. He is opportunistic and works diligently to make an already difficult divorce process highly contentious. His ultimate goal is to drive attorneys fees to pad his wallet. He is especially adept at custody fights; where he places the children squarely in the middle of the conflict while attempting to drain the parties of all their assets by prolonging the proceedings and escalating litigation. Larry and his team are very professional and very human. They handled my divorce and I always felt that they were capable and caring. I felt that this difficult process was made easier because of their expertise as well as the fact that they treated me like a person with my best interests in mind. I would and have recommended them to others.
Larry and his team are sharp as tacks, methodical, meticulous and strategic in their approach. The only thing I agree with the first commentor is that ,of course, if you are angry, you should let it subside (and maybe see a therapist; perhaps that's why his ex filed for divorce? :) ) and use a mediator, which is usually required in Georgia, anyway. But if you have a crazy or just plain malicious ex; you'll especially want Larry on your side. He was thorough and diligent and the judge ruled completely in my favor.
If you have money to throw away ,SEND IT TO CHARITY not to THESE GUYS they don't need more Armani shiny suits to bleed your bank account dry while they deliver nothing they promised you whenyou were in a vulnerable state of mind and handing over a retainer of 15k + the $350 hourly they willl nail you to a stake to pay, my advise go to a mediator after you have let your anger subside keep the money in your bank not theirs this from my experience
