I had car trouble on a road trip and happened to stop in at Kuper's. They were very kind and accommodating considering I dropped in unannounced with an unknown problem - and took a look at my car right away. I got excellent advice and service at a fair and honest price, and was able to get back on the road safely to my destination. Highly recommend, I wish they were local to where I live!
Been looking for a new mechanic. I appreciated that everyone i spoke to explained what was happening after my car's check up and didn't pressure me into spending more than i was able at the time. Making the appointment was smooth and easy and the lobby is nice and clean, almost too clean for a repair shop more like a doctor's office lol, and was very comfortable to wait in while the oil was being changed. Will be back for sure.
Kuper's performed some badly needed repair work on a Mercury Milan, from 2007. The work was done promptly, professionally, and at a reasonable cost. Based on this first time experience, I say that Kuper's is a valuable resource where auto repair is concerned.
